1. The service
HayaCV provides free online tools to create CVs and cover letters and to check them. The tools run in your browser and are provided free of charge.
2. Your content
You own everything you write in HayaCV. Because your documents are stored only on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups. We are not able to recover lost documents.
3. Templates and ready-made text
You may use our templates, example text and the files you create for personal and professional job applications, including commercial use by recruiters for their candidates. You may not resell or redistribute the templates or the website code as your own product.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use HayaCV to create false or misleading documents, to impersonate others or for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the website.
5. No guarantee
Our tools and advice aim to help you, but we cannot guarantee job interviews, offers or results, or that every applicant tracking system will process your file in a particular way. The service is provided “as is”.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HAYAQR is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of HayaCV.
7. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
